SZELMA

Slavinja Jarzębina aka ‘Szelma‘ is a great example of a Weimaraner that’s devoted to their one and only handler. Szelma will go over and beyond to please her owner in every imaginable situation, displaying great stamina while hunting, pointing, tracking and retrieving. Her parents have both proven themselves as versatile, all-round gun dogs in the practical hunt and during trials and have passed on their working traits to our Szelma. Her father, Czech Working Champion Pepe Elika Bohemia, comes from the Czech Republic while her mother Slavinja SZABORA – Helga comes from our kennel. Intelligent and courageous Szelma is a great hunting companion, with a fantastic retrieval from both field and water. Her point is razor sharp, and her prey drive incredible. She carries all of the character traits that we seek in our breeding program. On top of that she’s got an elegant head and a soft silver-grey coat that’s so typical of the breed. At home she’s loving and devoted, good around children, and a true family dog.
